BACKGROUND: Kisara was, unfortunately, born during a time where a transition was going on in her homeland. As a baby she was taken away from her parents simply because of the different looks she had from the others of the town, even different from her own parents it seemed. This had her living as nothing more than what appeared to be a side-show attraction, giving her a bit of a complex of not being able to look others straight in the eye. In this attraction moments she was mocked and ridiculed as a freak, none of them knowing the truth behind it.

However, what they didn’t know was that their heckling would come with a price. One day, when she was about fourteen years old, she snapped. The results of that being a shift into a white and blue dragon, allowing her to escape from the cage she was in. Though she could not control the dragon, which lead to the destruction of the town they had been in at the time. After this incident she was left to wander the desert and fend for herself. More often than not this led to her having to steal from markets and such and when caught being the public ridicule again and thrown out of whatever town she was in.
After one of these incidents, someone finally decided to help her out. Instead of letting them throw her out they took her in and after research finally sent her to the school in hopes of keeping her out of the trouble that would have continued if she’d stayed out there.

PERSONALITY: In the public view Kisara is one of the types to try and stay to the back of the crowd, being a fairly shy person unless she has something to say or do. For the most part she gets pegged as such but when she speaks her voice tends to stay to a quiet and soft tone, easily spoken over if someone does indeed try to do so. However, she's also pretty protective of those she cares for, speaking up for them even if she doesn't speak up for herself. When she does become friends or more with someone she will open up a bit more, becoming a little more forceful with her words and quite eager to be in their company as much as she can manage.

There is another side to the girl when someone has the unfortunate luck of seeing her angry, though this only tends to happen if someone close to her is threatened. She will not hesitate to knock someone down a few pegs and if serious enough become something akin to another creature entirely.
APPEARANCE: Kisara is not the type to honestly want to be flashy in any shape or form, where she came from it was pretty much not something that was typically done. Due to her not being in a typical high class she tried to keep her head down and make sure that she never stood out. However, her fair skin and white hair pretty much was the one backfall to all of that. The other striking feature that does not match up with her homeland is the bright blue eyes, which leads to her keeping her eyes focused upon the ground when she’s talking to someone.

As far as clothing goes, she tends to wear earth toned dresses, feeling that they’re probably going to give her the better mobility as well as allow her to not have to think much about what to wear. However, it’s not uncommon for her to default to a pair of pants at the same time.
POWERS: Kisara’s main ability is being able to switch to a draconian form. The dragon itself is the typical definition of dragon by most places, though the coloring is a pale blue and white with bright blue eyes to compliment it. This dragon is something she can not control as of yet and is something that is only seen when she’s angered or someone close to her is in danger.
